Data Deletion Instructions
Zu Nailbar lets businesses manage Facebook and Instagram messages. If you have messaged a business that uses our platform, or you connected your Page to our platform, you can request deletion of your data at any time.
Option 1 — Remove the app (automatic)
- Open your Facebook or Instagram settings.
- Go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (Facebook) or Apps and websites.
- Find our app and choose Remove.
When you remove the app, we automatically receive a deauthorization signal, disconnect the channel, and delete the associated access tokens.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email info@botxon.chat from the account associated with your request, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will delete your conversation data and confirm within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your messages and attachments stored in our system.
- Your contact profile (name, picture, platform ID).
- Any access tokens, when a connected channel is removed.
Automated requests from Meta (via the data deletion callback) are processed the same way and return a confirmation code you can use to check status.
