This Privacy Policy explains how Zu Nailbar("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our messaging and customer-support platform, including when we manage conversations on connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts on behalf of a business.

1. Information we collect

Account data: your email address and authentication details when you sign in to our dashboard.
Connected channel data: the Facebook Page / Instagram account ID, name, and the access tokens needed to send and receive messages. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
Conversation data:messages exchanged between a business and its customers through the connected channels, including message text, attachments, timestamps, and the sender's platform-scoped ID (PSID/IGSID) and public profile name and picture as provided by Meta.

2. How we use information

To deliver, route, and display messages in a unified inbox.
To generate automated (AI) replies and to let human agents respond.
To provide customer support, confirm bookings, and answer inquiries.
To secure, maintain, and improve the service.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use message content for advertising.

3. Data sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers that operate the service on our behalf (hosting, database, and AI processing) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, and with Meta as required to deliver messages through its APIs.

4. Data retention

We retain conversation data for as long as the connected business keeps its account active, and delete it when a channel is disconnected or upon a valid deletion request, subject to legal requirements.

5. Your rights & data deletion

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Deletion instructions or contact us at info@botxon.chat. When you remove our app from your Facebook/Instagram settings, we automatically disconnect the channel and delete the associated access tokens.

6. Security

Access tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Access to data is restricted per organization, and all webhook traffic is cryptographically verified.
