These Terms govern your use of Inbox Platform(the "Service"), a platform that lets businesses manage Facebook Messenger and Instagram conversations with an AI assistant and a shared inbox. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the authority to connect any Facebook Page or Instagram account you add.

2. Acceptable use

• Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and messaging policies, including the 24-hour messaging window.
• Do not send spam, unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

3. AI-generated content

The Service can generate automated replies. You are responsible for the configuration of your assistant and for reviewing automated responses. The Service is provided without warranty as to the accuracy of generated content.

4. Data

Your use of data is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect a channel or request deletion at any time via our Data Deletion process.

5. Availability & changes

The Service is provided "as is." We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inbox Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
